Facilitator Training

In order to teach our programs, it is necessary to have skills and knowledge of pedagogical tools as well as a full understanding of the programs’ content. In this training, the participants will learn the Kids Have Power programs in-depth and will gain the all necessary tools to guide children to learn and put into practice their social-emotional skills.

Emotional
Competences

In this training, participants will learn about the most up to date and relevant social and emotional skills theories from leaders in this field, as well as the components of emotional intelligence and emotional education. Trainees will put these theories into practice with a series of activities that will deepen their understanding.

Constructive Conflict Resolution
in the Classroom

In this facilitator and teacher training, participants will learn the importance of teaching students about resolving conflicts peacefully and what can be learned from them. They will learn alternative means to prevent and deal with conflicts inside the classroom that will help lower discipline problems.

 

Bullying
Prevention

Bullying has a lasting impact on the physical and emotional well-being of children. In this training, participants will learn about the different types of bullying, such as physical bullying and emotional intimidation, they will learn strategies to detect, prevent, and work with those involved in these types of issues.

Implementing and developing social-emotional skills

This certification establishes the theoretical, basic, and practical knowledge that facilitators need to plan and execute lessons that will promote personal improvement and social-emotional skills in their students. Participants will acquire the necessary skills to successfully apply the learned methods in the classroom.
